The Health Club for Women is a womens only fitness center located in North Houston, Texas offering group exercise classes, strength training and cardio training classes and instructors.

Women only health club facilities offering Star Trac equipment for cardiovascular and strength training exercises. The club also offers pilates equipment, yoga classrooms, group exercise, a children's playroom and showers.
