One-time Enrollment Fee                      $99            (Please contact us about this month's promo)

Monthly Membership Investment           $39

Senior/Student/Expecting Mothers        $29

Note:  All membership enrollment fees and monthly dues are subject to state and local sales tax.

Memberships are billed electronically on a month-to-month basis with no long term contracts.  A 30-day advance written notice is required to cancel a membership and stop automatic monthly billing.
