The Health Club for Women will be volunteering at Habitat for Humanity as part of their Women Build Program. Saturday September 27 and October 18, 2008 from 8am to 2:30/3pm all volunteers are welcome. No experience is required, just be willing to give your time. Ladies who would like to volunteer, but are not members of the club are also more than welcome to join us. On Thursday June 26th dozens of women made their way to The Health Club for Women, for a free informative seminar called Yoga Facial Toning. Some were unaware of what they might experience, others had seen this done before, and many were ready to see results. (more…)
