Monica Ward
Hi! You know me as Monica Ward, but I was born Monica Leslie Ball in Santa Monica, California on May 4, 1964. I am child number 10 out of a family of 13 kids. I met my husband, Stacey Ward, where I worked in Orange County, California. We were married in 1990. We moved to Houston in 1992 and I felt home immediately. It reminded me of a clean, friendly Los Angeles. I now have three children, two boys in middle school and a daughter in elementary. I enjoy reading and love to cook. I was a member at just about every gym around town trying to find the right fit. I joined The Health Club for Women the first month it was open. I have felt more comfortable here than at any other gym. I guess that is why I decided to be an instructor. I am certified to teach BODYVIVE and am working towards my certification for RPM. I really enjoy teaching my classes at The Health Club for Women; the members are great!
