We are excited to announce the addition of a new specialty training program starting on November 7th!!  Weekend Warriors will be held each weekend on Saturdays @ 9:30am and Sundays @ 1:00pm.  Trainings will incorporate a cardio circuit with core conditioning and a sculpting circuit with free weights to take your workouts to the next level!  Stop by the office to get details on pricing and reserve your spot!!
